All lyrics written by Matthew Good. Based on music written by M. Good, David Genn, Geoff Lloyd and Ian Browne.
Pretty much everyone self-recorded their contributions, except for 7 & 8, which were recorded and mixed by Nicholas Friesen at Niagara Studios in Winnipeg, and 13, which was recorded and mixed by Palmer Jamieson at the Echo Chamber in Halifax.
